| Abstract (native): | O presente trabalho está vinculado à linha de pesquisa Violência, Crime e Segurança Pública, do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Ciências Criminais da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. A pesquisa tem como objetivo desvelar a repressão, bem como a resistência das pessoas LGBT durante a ditadura civil-militar brasileira. Ademais, este trabalho verifica os primeiros esforços para adoção de um recorte LGBT, no ainda incipiente processo justransicional brasileiro. Por fim, este estudo relata a escalada da violência contra LGBTs na democracia, a partir dos legados autoritários da ditadura, a qual reforçou o preconceito e a violência LGBTfóbicos. |
| Abstract (english): | This dissertation aims to unveil the repression the LGBT Community suffered during the Brazilian civil-military dictatorship, as well as the ways through witch they resisted. Furthermore, this research verifies the first efforts for the adoption of an LGBT perspective, within the still incipient Brazilian transitional process. Lastly, this study reports the escalation of violence against LGBT people within the democractic period from the authritarian legacies of the dictatorship, which reinforced prejudice and LGBTphobic violence. |
