Medidas assecuratórias no processo penal : tempo, urgência e problemáticas

Abstract

This study, prepared in the concentration Research Area: Criminal and Violence System line of Legal and Criminal Contemporary systems research, has the objective to analyze the existing measures evolving constriction of goods in the Brazilian criminal proceedings focusing the “procedural time”, “urgency” and “problematic”. Therefore, at first, will be examined the relationship between time and process and how the urgency, as a characteristic of risk society, influence the application of the law as a whole and, more specifically, measures evolving constriction of goods in criminal harvest adjectival. In a second moment, from that context, proceed up to the through doctrinal and jurisprudential research, examination of measures evolving constriction of goods in kind and their respective legal and criminal problems.
