dc.description.resumoO meio ambiente representa um dos fundamentos constitucionais, perfazendo-se também no ambiente laboral. Nesse cenário, a saúde do trabalhador é o bem maior a ser protegido e será analisado tendo em vista a atual sociedade globalizada, assim como as revoluções pretéritas pela qual passou a humanidade. Como decorrência, novos riscos ao bem ambiental laboral tornam-se perceptíveis, exigindo análise minuciosa, inclusive sua proteção, vinculada aos princípios do meio ambiente. A norma ISO 26000, que estabelece diretrizes sobre responsabilidade social, surge como um mecanismo que representa os interesses da sociedade globalizada, a qual se autorregula, configurando o preconizado por Niklas Luhmann na Teoria dos Sistemas.por
dc.description.abstractThe environment represents one of the constitutional foundations, also making the working environment. In this scenario, the worker's health is the greatest good to be protected and will be analyzed in view of the current globalized society, as well as the preterit revolutions undergone by humanity. As a result, new risks to environmental and labor become noticeable, requiring careful analysis, including its protection, linked to the principles of the environment. ISO 26000, which establishes guidelines on social responsibility emerges as a mechanism that represents the interests of global society, which regulate themselves, the recommended setting by Niklas Luhmann's Theory of Systems.eng
