| Abstract (native): | A autora versa sobre as atribuições da razão pública na Teoria da Justiça de John Rawls, em especial, da sua função de vinculação cogente que submete as instituições básicas da sociedade, em especial as instituições públicas. Sustenta ser a observância da razão pública condição de legitimidade para o exercício do poder público que deve se ater aos limites formais e materiais das justificativas que compõem a razão cidadã, com o escopo de concretizar a concepção de justiça. |
| Abstract (english): | The author writes about the attributions of public reason in John Rawls's theory of justice, in particular, its compelling link function which submits the basic institutions of society, especially, public institutions. Maintains that the observation of public reason is a condition that legitimates the exercice of public authority, which must conform to the formal and material limits that justify citizen's reason, with the aim of achieving the conception of justice. |
