Rádios comunitárias do interior gaúcho : um estudo de caso da microrregião de Sananduva

Abstract

This dissertation studies the organization of Community Radio in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. The main objective is to draw a panorama of the current stations installed in eight counties that comprise the micro region of Sananduva in the northwest of the state. The research sought to identify the profile of these stations, checking whether they correspond to the concept of "Community" as defined by Law 9.612/98 and presented by researchers who deal with the subject. The research is descriptive-analytical type. Data collection, qualitative, was carried out using various research techniques combining semi-structured interviews, research papers / files, direct observation and analysis of programming. The classification and analysis of the stations allowed confirming the initial hypothesis presented by the author: the Community Radio of micro region of Sananduva, mostly not match the definition given by the law of community broadcasting and the concept of the authors researched
